Demonstration by Lana Zueva
Lana started painting animals about two years ago and immediately fell in love not just with the final result but with the whole process of painting them. I think it is absolutely magical and amazingly rewarding capturing animals, their emotions, curiosity, unconditional love and a deep bonding we have with them. She will demonstrate the Alla Prima method of painting pets.
About the Artist
Lana Zueva is a Russian born artist who spent the majority of her life in New Zealand and living in Australia for the past 4 years. Lana Zueva is a classically trained artist. For as long as I can remember, I was always carrying paper and paint with me wherever I went. Having studied and worked with various art mediums in the Russian Art School and many art workshops, I found oil is my favourite medium.
