Demonstration by Rebecca Cunningham
Rebecca will be having her first public outing with her tiny painting stick at the Doyle Artist Demonstrations. Although she states the stick does all the work, maybe together through a chinwag and a series of correctly ordered questions you may uncover some of the processes that she uses as she paints with her stick and a jar lid full of ink.
About the Artist
A long-time arts worker and practitioner in varying disciplines, Rebecca Cunningham's observations of the human and non-human world culminate in thoughtful productions that celebrate movement, line, and environmental intertextuality. Her most recent body of work is a continuation of her explorations of the human figure and the world around her with imagery drawn from her daydreams
