Calm before Storm
Oil on canvas
"Calm before Storm" is a deeply reflective painting that captures the stillness and anticipation as a big rain storm brews on the horizon. The scene is set in outback Queensland. The light falls eerily on three discarded rusting trucks in the paddock, now resting like skeletons in an abandoned cemetery.
Size: 120 × 90 cm
