About Inge-Marie Terkildsen
Inge-Marie lives and works in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria. She has been creative all her life with her inspiration coming from the beauty of the Australian landscape. Her work explores the connections between the landscape, how she traverses through it and its ability to impact her emotions and perspective. Inge-Maries goal has never been to realistically depict her surroundings but to bring about the feeling and wonderment the landscape gives. She's inspired by our unique landscape and the volume of colour in the hills, trees, rocks and works to accentuate or pare back depending on what best conveys the emotion.
