Working in acrylics, I am an artist with a disAbility.
The pursuit of artistic expression is my lifeline.
Surviving a Massive Stroke 20 years ago, I remain paralysed on my left side with limited speech.
Art has provided me a pathway back to myself, a purpose in the joy of creating, a form of silent communication that speaks louder than words.
Art has gifted me a renewed sense of self and happiness.
I am inspired by my surroundings in the beautiful Rous Valley and my life amongst the trees with my family and chickens.
