Meadow
Meadow reflects my attempt to be fully present. The Australian landscape feels deeply special to me—the light, the stillness, and the quiet sense of space. I’m especially drawn to the way light catches the shawl, and how the colour of the sky softens everything around it. These small, fleeting details are what I’m most passionate about. They remind me that what drives my painting exists outside the studio. Nature and people continually pull me back to the canvas. This work is about that connection, and about noticing the moments that make me want to keep creating.
