ARINA APOSTOLOVA
Coolangatta Beach
Oil on board
This painting comes from my recent trip to the Gold Coast, it became my favorite time to slow down and switch off.
I was drawn to the deep, thick sky, the power of the ocean and relaxed beach culture, full of sun, light, and movement. There’s something very grounding about this place. It brings a sense of peace and joy that’s hard to explain but easy to feel.
Through this work, I wanted to capture that atmosphere, not just the view, but the feeling of being there. It’s about taking a moment to pause, observe, and reconnect with the environment.
Size: 25 × 20 cm
