About Stephen Inglis
Stephen Inglis paints landscapes inspired by travel throught Australia, with a focus on Queensland. His urban landscapes, featuring mid century inspired Gold Coast architecture to the wide streetscapes of Rockhampton, offer much contemplation and familiarity, and are imbued with a dream like quality. Inglis captures the moods of these scenes using combinations of impressionistic atmosphere and interestingly layered semi abstract patterns and shapes.
His paintings are held in many private collections throught Australia and internationally. Stephen is represented by Lethbridge Gallery.
