The tropical forests is quite suffocating like the humidity it lives in. Vines, saplings engulf the space around the beautiful giant trees. Like a mother nurtures its young, its canopy and root system supports the next generation. If you step back to view its entire size, you will lose sight of her. The Queensland Fig tree is quite a queen. My existence shrinks in comparison. I can almost imagine, as I exit her forest, she becomes alive, moving her body along with the forest animals. I visited this tree, felt its powerful presence and hope I gave her justice doing her portrait, with oil on board painted from memory and photograph.

Method of shipment is through Aramex Courier Services road freight services.
We currently ship to Australian locations only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
