I’ve always enjoyed visiting art galleries to see the magnificent work by some of the world’s best artists is a real delight. I’m inspired by my surroundings, both landscape and wildlife, as well as artists like William Robinson, Ann Blockley, Egon Schiller and the many wonderful impressionist artists. I’m in the early stages of my art journey trying different mediums and styles. I sign my work as Gail Hasenkam, my family name, as a tribute to my parents.
