Springtime Jacaranda Mojo
Acrylic
This original painting captures flowering jacaranda trees throughout the countryside, just outside of Brisbane during Spring.
These trees were introduced by the early farmers who came from all corners of the earth and created a different landscape to the one that was here before they arrived.
I love painting my popular, vibrant jacaranda landscapes and I know that d’Arcy Doyle loved painting them too!
It is painterly and joyful, created with stylised brush strokes and the uplifting colours of Spring in Australia.
Already professionally framed in Victorian Ash
A signed Certificate of Authenticity is included
Size: 105 × 79 cm

About Helen Stephens
I am a Brisbane artist who paints original, one off, stylised, reinterpreted Australian landscapes and abstracted, reimagined modern floral artworks.
My modern, contemporary style is popular with collectors all over Australia and overseas with art lovers everywhere enjoying these large, framed, acrylic paintings in their beautiful homes and offices, often times adding more of my paintings over time.
The changing seasons, the beauty of our native and introduced large trees in the sun filled countryside are featured in my landscapes…..wattle, jacarandas, poincianas and fig trees of the rolling hills that stretch to the Great Dividing Range and beyond!
