Eira-Shay is an emerging figurative painter from a remote island off the west coast of Canada, currently residing on the Gold Coast in Queensland.
As a self-taught artist, Eira-Shay has developed a unique style by exploring various mediums. She incorporates organic materials, such as charcoal and wood, into her artistic process. The wood adds a warm glow to her works, revealing hints of grain within the paintings. Her bold charcoal marks, poetic use of light, and intricate carvings come together like romantic fairytales reminiscent of another era.
