Before the Europeans invaded Australia in 1788, the Aboriginal people lived amongst the native animals and shared the sacred land with them. Shared songlines with them. Shared the pathway for the Ancestors. This artwork intends to exhibit appreciation in native Australian animals whilst exploring the conceptual sequence of periodic events found in nature. The essence of predators and the need to assert dominance on a piece of Earth to belong, we realise that through the mannerisms of humans and animals — we are not so differently divided as you may think we may be.
