Janelle Harwood
Forest Path, Witches Falls
Graphite
This drawing brings together my love of nature and graphite. I wanted to celebrate the fact that the Witches Falls section of the Tamborine National Park was the first declared National Park in Queensland. The contrast with the light and shadows and the various textures is what inspired this piece. It has been a labour of love as this graphite drawing has taken 5 months to complete with over 415 hours involved in the process
Size: 124 × 100 cm
