Autumn
Gold leaf/Oil on Cicada Paper on Panel
In autumn's gold and amber hues,
A sense of place, where memories fuse.
The crisp air whispers secrets old,
Of stories written, untold.
Leaves dancing in the fading light,
A symphony of colors bright.
The season changes, but remains,
An eternal beauty that sustains.
In autumn's embrace, I find my grace,
A sense of place, a sacred space.
-Yes we’re enjoying the chilly nights of Fall breezes & the rustling, crunching of leaves underfoot. On the bottom of the planet here in Western Australia Winter isn’t too far away & I’ve stolen a thought of the fleeting warm days & cool nights that come & go too soon. Captured a bit of Autumn this year & trapped it in this painting.
Size: 30 × 30 cm
