Calm reflection

Oil on wooden panel

This piece, painted in oil on panel, portrays the sitter in a moment of calm reflection. I have endeavoured to capture the light and shadows to accentuate her form, revealing unique facets of her character with each perspective. I am inviting the viewer to explore the subject’s strength, depth and beauty from multiple vantage points.

Size: 129 × 68 cm
