Galahs On the Edge

On the edge of the Simpson Desert a dry riverbed cradles the last drop of a passing storm.
The receding water leaves a pathway of green pick along the Ochre Channel. A flock of pink Galahs announce the smorgasbord of seedheads to one another. They strut across the claypan like city pigeons on a day out in the park.

Size: 95 × 65 cm
