Held by Colour
Oil on Canvas
‘Held by Colour’ is a self-portrait that explores the emotional weight of inhabiting a physical body. The work reflects on the tension between the heaviness of life and the beauty found in colour and form. This delicate perception becomes a choice, where the act of witnessing becomes a form of care. It is an invitation to hold the body gently, and to recognise the weight of existence as something sacred, held between darkness and vibrancy.
Size: 50 × 70 cm
