Paperbark Dreams
Acrylic
In the sun-dappled wetlands the quiet magic of the paperbark tree whispers to passers by. The temptation to peel a delicate layer of bark is irresistible, evoking joyful memories of childhood spent playing with friends amidst the papery trunks. Traditionally, this bark served multiple purposes: shelter, bedding, food wrapping, and even makeshift bandages. Connecting people to the land, ‘Paperbark Dreams’ is a parchment of stories etched by the passage of time.
