The aesthetic of the beautiful curve, a phrase generally applied to curves
other than those in the plant kingdom, the science and reasons to the appeal of which has been much considered. My painting aims to demonstrate how the aesthetic is equally applied by evolution and nature in a non exclusive (to humans) way and therefor possibly begs the question as to whether there are universal rules
and why. Hopefully the painting conveys such appeal.
