This painting is of my boots—my most trusted and loved shoes. I’ve worn them since I was five years old. At first, they felt strange and uncomfortable, but now they are a part of me. They help stretch my muscles, support my legs, and most importantly, they give me the freedom to walk on my own. In this painting, they stand in the rain and mud, just like I do—strong, steady, and proud. They might not be fashionable, but to me, they mean everything
