Weathered on a Whitsunday’s beach

On a recent visit to the world famous Whitehaven Beach in the Whitsundays, I was walking along Lookout Beach and found this large old weathered tree. It was an impressive sculptural silhouette against the bright white sand. Curiously, it was the only tree on the beach, how did it get there, maybe by cyclone.
